Our intuitive eating nutritionists help you find peace with food, rebuild body trust, and feel confident in your choices again.
Feeling anxious after eating, labeling foods as “good” or “bad,” or struggling with guilt after meals
Starting over on Monday, bouncing between “on track” and “off track,” or feeling out of control around certain foods
Difficulty reading hunger or fullness cues, body-checking, comparing, or feeling disconnected from your body
Reliance on food for comfort, stress, or distraction, and wanting to find a calmer, more balanced way to cope
Maybe you’ve already done the work to recover from an eating disorder, or maybe you’ve never had one but feel exhausted by years of trying to “eat right.” Either way, your relationship with food deserves healing.
At Plenish, we combine intuitive eating principles, mindful eating and our nutrition education to help you feel nourished, calm, and grounded in your body again.
Rebuild confidence in your body’s signals and reconnect with what feels good for you vs. what diet culture has taught you
Learn to pause, notice patterns, and understand what your body is asking for without judgement.

We don’t focus on the scale, strict calorie counting, or perfection - we focus on rebuilding connection.
Even the most complete nutrition and supplement plan can only go so far in solving hormonal health symptoms, which is why we take a holistic approach to nutrition. We’ll guide you with lifestyle factors like stress management, exercise, and sleep management.
Body image work goes far beyond liking what you see in the mirror. It’s about rebuilding respect and neutrality toward your body so you can make choices from care, not criticism. We’ll use reflection exercises, reframing tools, and daily practices that help you move from self-surveillance to self-support.
Food is meant to be shared, enjoyed, and celebrated - not feared. Together, we’ll make space for comfort foods, social meals, and cultural traditions that bring you happiness and belonging. As guilt fades, connection grows, both with others and with yourself.
Once food feels safer, we’ll bring nutrition back into the picture in a balanced, evidence-based way. Gentle nutrition means adding nourishment, not taking it away. You’ll learn how to build satisfying meals that support steady energy, hormone balance, and digestion, without turning food into a checklist. The goal isn’t to eat perfectly; it’s to feel well, consistently, and confidently.
Before anything changes, we get curious. Together we’ll look at your eating habits, mindset, and triggers to understand what’s really driving your patterns. This might mean exploring why you restrict or binge, why you overthink meals, or why certain foods feel “off-limits.” Awareness, not guilt, is what creates lasting change.
You’ll practice tuning back into hunger, fullness, and satisfaction so you can trust your body’s wisdom again. We also understand that medication, stress, or past restriction can affect those cues, so we help you navigate those moments with compassion and practical tools. Over time, eating feels less mechanical and more intuitive—something that happens with your body, not against it.
Structure signals safety to your body, but it shouldn’t bring rigidity. We’ll help you create consistent eating patterns that stabilize energy & mood, while keeping flexibility intact. Whether that’s meal planning for busy weeks, remembering snacks during workdays, or rebuilding a morning routine, our goal is predictability without pressure.

I am amazed at how much better my relationship is with food and with myself. Food used to have an immense amount of power and control in my life and I constantly felt guilty and ashamed. Through working with Kate, I have developed compassion for myself and my body. I know how to make educational nutritional decisions and I can enjoy food and experiences that used to give me a lot of shame and anxiety.
What's been amazing is how much I use the tools she gave me this long after our work together–the little choices that felt like mountains feel easier every day. Working with her changed my life.

“I had bad stomach issues and anxiety, and primary care would tell me, ‘Just lose weight and you'll be fine.’ Plenish helped me finally resolve those stomach issues by teaching me to build habits I can keep.
Instead of obsessing about calories or a perfect plate, like I had tried for so long, they had me focus on listening to my body and building little routines. It’s about small changes that stick. If you just want to lose 10 pounds, they’re not for you—and that makes it feel like a very safe space.”

“I felt sort of an instant connection with Kate. She has a way of making you feel very supported and handling sensitive issues gently. She would break everything down so well for me. We weren’t going to worry about not eating snacks this week—we were going to worry about adding different colors of food, getting enough fiber at breakfast. Just little tiny achievable metrics that, when practiced as a whole, were actually digestible. That step-by-step approach really helped me.”

How often do you meet with clients trying to heal their relationship with food?
We usually start with weekly sessions. Early on, consistent support makes a big difference when you’re rebuilding trust with food. As you start to feel more confident and grounded, we’ll space sessions out so you can practice your new habits with more independence.
How long does it take to heal your relationship with food?
It depends on your history and how long you’ve been caught in the diet cycle. Many clients start noticing small shifts like less guilt, more confidence, fewer “food noise” moments within a few months. But true, lasting peace with food takes time and practice. Think about how long you’ve been trying to control or fix your eating. It takes patience to rebuild trust, but every small step brings you closer to freedom.
What are your practitioner's qualifications?
Our practitioners are Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionists (LDNs), Certified Nutrition Specialists (CNS), and Registered Dietitians (RDs). This means each person has a master's-level degree in nutrition. They also have undergone extensive training focused on their areas of specialization.
Do you take insurance?
Yes! We accept Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare. If you plan on using insurance, please check with your insurance before booking a call to verify benefits. Most people pay $0 for their nutrition sessions through insurance.
For out-of-network, we can create a “super bill” for reimbursement. With this, you can coordinate with your insurance company to see what they will and will not reimburse.
Do you accept HSA and/or FSA payments?
