Our nutritionists help you tune out the quick fix noise and focus on a long-term, truly-you plan.
Sometimes, when trying to remedy physical symptoms, your relationship with food gets caught in the crossfire. If you get too regimented, eating no longer feels safe and life-giving.
On the flip side, if you already have a history of stress or anxiety around food, it’s often much more difficult to get the nutrients you need to treat physical symptoms. It’s not uncommon for people to create ”healthy” food rules that are actually harmful to their bodies.
No matter what kind of food struggles you’re coming in with, we take a gentle, science-based approach.
Our practitioners are trained in functional nutrition, allowing them to employ an evidence-based, root-cause, holistic approach to your health.
We harness principles of intuitive eating to help gently heal your relationship with food and build trust with your body.

“I had bad stomach issues and anxiety, and primary care would tell me, ‘Just lose weight and you'll be fine.’ Plenish helped me finally resolve those stomach issues by teaching me to build habits I can keep. Instead of obsessing about calories or a perfect plate, like I had tried for so long, they had me focus on listening to my body and building little routines. It’s really about small changes that stick. If you just want to lose 10 pounds, they’re not for you—and that makes it feel like a very safe space.”

“I’d had tests and dismissive doctors telling me ‘You’re healthy,’ but I was in pain after every meal. My diet was already limited, and I felt a lot of shame around not sticking perfectly to an elimination plan. Plenish changed that. They ask about my lifestyle, history, and mindset—not just what I eat—and help me make sense of test results. Now, I feel more in control of food, and I have habits that have really helped me reclaim my approach to nutrition.”

“I was diagnosed with prediabetes, and my doctor told me I needed to eliminate carbs completely if I was going to feel better. That felt life-sucking. But Plenish helped me eat in a way that felt normal again while improving my numbers. I can go out to eat with friends, enjoy bread or pasta, and not feel like I’m failing. I know how to eat for longevity in a way that actually fits with life. For the first time, it feels sustainable instead of another temporary plan.”
